The path passes via Ifrane, Azrou, the Middle Atlas cedar woods, which are home to Barbary Macaques, Midelt, the Ziz river canyon, Erfoud, and Rissani. Along the journey, you'll travel through Boumalne Dades and the 'Rose Valley' region, where in April and May, extremely fragrant roses bloom in the hedgerows. Overnight at Skoura - a modest motel in a palm grove with a pool.

Day 8 :

Skoura - Marrakech

Awake early to see the sunrise, and then the camel walk back to the dune line if you stayed in the deep camp.
